Replacement and Repair Policy - Air Vibez

At Air Vibez, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Please carefully review our policy:

1. Replacement Policy

  • We accept complaints for replacement with a new product if reported within 7 working days of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not qualify for replacement.

2. Repair Policy

  • Our products are eligible for repair under warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Repairs will be conducted for manufacturing defects only, not for damage caused by misuse or external factors.

3. Reverse Pickup Service

  • We can arrange a reverse pickup through our courier service to collect your parcel.
  • The process may take 3 to 15 working days, depending on the courier's schedule. Delays, if any, are on the courier's end, not Air Vibez.

4. Self-Return Option

  • You can also send the product back to us via Pak Post or any other courier of your choice.
  • Pak Post charges around PKR 100-150, and Air Vibez will bear 100% of the cost for this method.
  • If you choose other couriers, such as Leopards or TCS, which may charge PKR 300-400, we will reimburse up to PKR 188, covering around 50-80% of the cost.

5. General Terms

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase when filing a replacement or repair request.
  • The product condition will be assessed to determine eligibility for replacement or repair.
  • If the product is used and qualifies for repair, the repair process may take up to 15 working days.
